Harry Dent has been perhaps the most bullish forecaster in this bubble boom since the late 1980s. Now he is warning that the last bubbles are about to peak in emerging markets and in oil/commodities. We may have already seen the peak in the broader markets in the U.S. in late 2007, but we are likely to see a retest of those highs around late 2008. Between 2009 and 2010 we are very likely to see the next great stock market crash and a depression that deflates the greatest bubbles in history -- in real estate, stocks and commodities. Normal asset allocation strategies will not protect against such a scenario. For the investors that have high quality bonds and cash, they will be able to profit from the greatest "sale" on investment assets in history.
